Top priorities right now
Ranked automatically: overdue actions, high risk, and anyone you haven't contacted in 14+ days float to the top.
π Coming up this week
Due dates in the next 7 days β not urgent yet, but worth seeing coming.
π€ Daily AI triage prompt
One click builds an anonymised snapshot of your whole caseload wrapped in a ready-to-paste prompt. Paste it into Claude or ChatGPT and it plans your day for you.
π΄ client due dates Β· πΌ work events Β· π home events β click a day for details.

Add an event
π Workload lookahead β next 4 weeks

π This month's numbers
π― Pipeline β current mix
Snapshot of where your caseload sits right now, stage by stage.
ποΈ Kanban board
Hit Advance to move someone to the next stage. To set "Exited" or jump stages, edit them in the Caseload tab.
π° Outcome / sustainment tracker
Milestones default to 4 / 12 / 26 weeks after placement β check your program's exact days and adjust in Settings if yours differ.
π Pattern insights
What's showing up most across your caseload β the biggest bars are usually worth solving once instead of client-by-client.

My employer pipeline (0)
The relationships you build once and reuse β this is where placement speed actually comes from. "π― Matches" auto-suggests caseload clients whose goal overlaps this employer's roles.
Work prompt kit
Fill in the blanks, hit Build, copy, paste into Claude/ChatGPT. Everything stays anonymised.
π Progress note from messy notes
π― Job match for a client profile
π§ Employer outreach email
π¬ Difficult interaction β debrief & next step
π Resume / cover letter for a client
Home life prompt kit
The mental load of running a house with 3 kids is a second caseload. Offload the planning to AI.
π Tired-person meal plan
βοΈ School email / form reply
ποΈ Weekly family logistics untangler
π§Ί Routine checklist builder (build once, reuse forever)
π End-of-day debrief
Dump the whole day here β work and home, messy is fine. Build the prompt, paste it into AI, and let it sort the noise so the day doesn't live in your head all night.
π Wins log
Burnout makes you forget you're doing well. Log a win β takes 5 seconds.
π€ AI Assistant
Talk to it like a colleague β type or hit the mic. It can see your anonymised caseload snapshot and, if you clearly ask it to, log a win, mark someone contacted, update a next action, or add a client for you. Check the tracker after β nothing is final until you see it land there.
Personalise
Colour
Pick an accent colour for buttons, links and highlights.
Theme
Text size
Bigger text for late-night, tired eyes.
π€ AI Assistant connection
Bring your own API key to activate the AI Assistant tab. The key is stored only in this browser and sent straight to the provider when you chat β it's visible in this page's code (view-source), so only use this on a device you trust, and never share this file once a key is saved in it.
No key yet? That's fine β everything else here works without one. The π€ mic buttons are free and need no key at all.
Outcome milestones
Weeks after placement that the Pipeline tab tracks as sustainment check-ins β set these to match your actual program/contract.
Danger zone
Wipes clients, wins, employers, events, streak and settings from this browser. Backup first if unsure.
Start here β 2 minutes
This page is your caseload's second brain. Nothing installs, nothing uploads β everything saves inside this browser only.
Daily rhythm (10 min total)
βοΈ Morning (5 min): open Today β glance at top priorities β hit "Build my triage prompt" β paste into Claude/ChatGPT β get your top-5 plan.
π After appointments (1 min each): use AI Prompts β Progress note to turn messy notes into a clean draft.
π Evening (4 min): Debrief tab β dump the day β let AI split urgent / can-wait / handled. Log one win. Close laptop.
The three rules
1. No real names, ever. Client A, initials, or made-up labels only β in this tracker AND in any AI chat.
2. AI drafts, you decide. Everything AI writes gets your eyes before it goes anywhere official.
3. Update "last contact" as you go. The tracker can only flag who's slipping if it knows when you last spoke.
Backups
Browser data can be cleared by accident. Hit Backup (top right) once a week β it downloads a small file you can Restore later or move to another computer. Need a table for a report? Export CSV does that.
Make it yours
The Settings tab has your name for the greeting, an accent colour, light/dark override, and a larger text size for tired-eyes evenings. Every prompt box also has a Use example button if you're staring at a blank page, and client-tied prompts have a dropdown to auto-fill from someone already in your tracker.
Pipeline, employers and insights
Every client now has a pipeline stage (Engaged β Job Ready β Applying β Placed β Sustaining β Closed). The Pipeline tab shows a Kanban board, an outcome/sustainment countdown once someone's placed (set your program's exact milestone weeks in Settings), and pattern insights β the barriers and goals showing up most across your caseload, worth solving once instead of one client at a time. The Employers tab is a lightweight CRM for the businesses you deal with regularly, with auto-suggested client matches based on their goals.
Calendar and lookahead
The Calendar tab shows client due dates alongside any work/home events you add, month by month. The workload lookahead at the bottom just tallies what's already scheduled across the next 4 weeks so a heavy week shows up before it hits β it's not predicting anything, only counting what you've already told it.
Voice and the AI Assistant
Every π€ Speak button turns your voice into text in that box β free, no account needed. If you connect an AI key in Settings, the Assistant tab becomes a real conversation that can draft things and log/update entries in your tracker when you ask it to.
